Making a small guppy pond (PT 1)

!السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ  You see, apart from our two fish tanks, we really didn't have any other tanks or ponds, so we were longing to make an outdoor pond. However, we couldn't make our intended pond size as we were going  'budget friendly', so we took an old ugly basin that wasn't typically used often and decided to put guppies as they are one of the small fish types. This is how we made it: dug, dug, and dug! Then covered the basin with a garbage bag (as we didn't have pond liner.) and planted beautiful plant around the borders of the pond. Then we put stones around it and filled it with water. After installing our pond successfully, acid rain said "hello!", and we said "oh no!". We decided not to put fish as it will effect them due to the toxins, so we kept the pond with water and it was spectacular, however we realized we were breeding troops and troops of mosquitoes and had a massive mosquito army by then.

When you buy/get something that looks boring, do you leave it how it is? Well... in this post we present to you some awesome ways of up-cycling materials you might come across in your everyday life as well as some simple ways how we brightened up boring ornamental objects. 2. Recycling cake boards Now whenever you buy those lavish cakes, don't you ever pause to think before you toss those boards into the paper bin? We did, and that is how we came up with this idea to recycle them. You can decorate them with whatever you have, we took these gorgeous dried leaves from Khadijah's plants and proudly pasted them onto the board, applied
