5 minute healthy egg & potato breakfast dish

Who doesn't love eggs as a lovely breakfast, they contain a number of health benefits and can be prepared in various dishes from scrambled eggs to soft-boiled and even the regular omelet - each having a unique style of preparation, distinctive taste, as well as presentation, however, adding a few spices and topping your egg with a nourishing carb would make it even healthier and scrumptious. This recipe guarantees to fulfill your taste buds with just a few bites, it requires a handful of ingredients and the preparation time is fairly short, making it a perfect breakfast dish!

So, prepare the ingredients, grab your apron and start cooking...

You will need : 

5 medium-sized eggs

5 small potatoes

A pinch of salt

2 onions

A handful of coriander

Chili powder (optional)

Pepper

 Boil the potatoes, peel & mash them up.

Evenly slice the onions and chop a handful of coriander,

Add them into the mashed potatoes

 Add a pinch of salt, along with any desired spices

Mix them thoroughly


Beat 5 eggs, adding a pinch of salt  and pepper

 In a large bowl, add the mashed potatoes and egg


Mix them thoroughly creating a thick consistency

Heat the frying pan along with a decent amount of oil in it

Using a large spoon, carefully scoop the batter and place it into the heated pan


Keep frying small-sized omelets

Cook until the sides turn crispy and golden brown.

Transfer it to a dish, and allow it to cool completely

Enjoy the crisp in every bite!
