Lilly and Leo's Wedding

It's Khadijah here, again!


Today I'm elated to share with you an adorable plush couple that I crafted.

The plushies and the stage were completely made out of recycled materials, Alhammdulilah the project turned out better than I expected!

Let's get a closer look at the couple:






The stage was made from a box and the lid that came along with it. The lid actually acts as the little step to the stage.

The shiny foam sheet is my favourite part of the stage.


Lilly the bride


Look at her headband!

That bouquet and smiley face is so cute!

The stones on her dress are from an old hair clip set.



The dress is made from a curtain.

Leo the groom

How sweet is Leo to bring a heart for his wife?


I love his tiny bow!

Red By Khadijah Dilshad Red is the lipstick that girls wear.  Cherry is my adorable teddy bear.  Rose are those cheeks that are squeezed.  Ruby are those lips when mom is pleased.  Blush is her face when she isn't pardoned.  Crimson is the lovely roses in my garden.  Tart is when the skin got atopy.  Scarlett is the lovely poppies.  Maroon is that handsome shirt.                                                Assalamualykum everyone! It's Hanah here! I'm excited to share with you the gifts I received from my sister on Eid, they were all handmade with love and we thoroughly enjoyed making them for each other!    This gesture was inspired due to  Crafty Muslimahs , we really admire how they make handmade gifts for each other for Eid.   Making these crafts took a month or so - we didn't expect to make so much for each other, however we found it pretty addictive to make the gifts, and the best part was we did not show each other our gifts, it was definitely hard to keep it secretive until Eid, but we did it! One gift a day, made with the labour of love added to 13 in all! As the saying goes : " A little progress everyday adds up to BIG RESULTS!
